For the expansion of our subsidiary in Sweden we are looking for the following professional profile:

Product specialist

Who will have to deal with: 

  1. Provide remote technical support to our customers via telephone, digital (Teams) and e-mail.
  2. Provide guidance in the selection and sizing of pneumatic components, such as valves, cylinders and regulators, based on the customer's specific applications.
  3. Participate in development and improvement of our products and processes.
  4. Collaborate with our technicians and sales teams to ensure that customer questions are answered in the best way possible.
  5. Accompany the salespeople on customer visits to provide technical advice and expertise.
  6. Work in cross-functional teams according to agile principles, with a focus on effective collaboration and fast deliveries.

Knowledge and characteristics required: 

  • Technical education, preferably in mechanics or automation or experience in pneumatics.
  • Good knowledge of mechanics, automation and preferably also electricity.
  • Experienced in reading and interpreting technical drawings and pneumatic diagrams.
  • Problem solving.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Driving license B.
