For the expansion of our subsidiary in The Netherlands we are looking for the following profile:

Commercial back office

Who will have to deal with:

1. Customer contact & service: answering telephone calls and e-mails, providing support to customers.
2. Quotation management: drawing up and following up quotations.
3. Supporting the field service: coordination and administrative back-up.
4. Logistical assistance: supporting warehouse activities and order processing.

Knowledge and characteristics required:

• Language skills: excellent command of Dutch, knowledge of English is a plus.
• IT skills: good knowledge of the Office Suite and familiarity with SAP management systems.
• Technical affinity: interest in technology and/or industrial products.
• Organizationally strong: structured work and proactive attitude.
• Team player: communicative and customer-oriented.
