For the expansion of our subsidiary in Malaysia we are looking for the following profile:

Technical Sales Engineer

Job Description:

1. Develop new customers and follow up on existing customers to improve sales performance.
2. Set clear objective for each visit and follow-up action plan after each customer visit in the assigned territories.
3. Achieve the annual sales target and formulates a strategy to meet company business objectives.
4. Product application and knowledge is added advantage for the technical sales to propose and solve the customers’ problems.
5. Involve in technical and project discussion. 
6. Continuous effort to improve and increase products sales by focusing on customers’ needs. 
7. Provide stock forecast based on customers’ demand
8. Establish and improve relationship with key accounts and expand sales network. 
9. Tracks and monitors OEM/dealers/resellers/end customers’ inventory level, guiding them to manage components/parts inventory effectively to ensure parts availability. 
10. Tracks and reports on competitive activities.
11. Always Work as a team and align with company direction to grow the company sales and market share. 
12. Cross-functional collaborations to increase the customer satisfaction in pre-sales and after-sales. 
13. Follow up on the outstanding payment and support on delivery for urgent orders.

Requirements:

• Own transport required and willing to travel extensively in Klang Valley and outstation when required. 
• Certificate / Diploma / Bachelor of Engineering or business-related degree with equivalent pneumatic components or system / industrial automation sales/marketing experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 
• Good command of spoken and written in English.  Good command of spoken Malay and Chinese is an advantage. 
• High level of self-motivation and well-developed interpersonal skills.
• Independent and result oriented.
• Proficient in Computer and Microsoft Office.
