For the expansion of our subsidiary in Indonesia we are looking for the following professional profile:

Operation Coordinator 

Job description:

  1. Based in Banten / BSD, Tangerang Selatan City.
  2. Manage purchase orders and import processes from Italy (Europe) and other countries.
  3. Maintain and update the regular price list in the internal ERP system.
  4. Oversee payments to suppliers and vendors.
  5. Handle office documentation, including meeting minutes, financial reports, and data entry.
  6. Monitor warehouse stock activities and provide regular updates to the Managing Director.
  7. Provide backup and support for sales administration tasks.
  8. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports to the Managing Director.

Knowledge and characteristics required: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputable university.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar back-office or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
