Operation Coordinator
Job description:
- Based in Banten / BSD, Tangerang Selatan City.
- Manage purchase orders and import processes from Italy (Europe) and other countries.
- Maintain and update the regular price list in the internal ERP system.
- Oversee payments to suppliers and vendors.
- Handle office documentation, including meeting minutes, financial reports, and data entry.
- Monitor warehouse stock activities and provide regular updates to the Managing Director.
- Provide backup and support for sales administration tasks.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports to the Managing Director.
Knowledge and characteristics required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar back-office or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
