Metal Work Strengthens International Presence with Acquisition of AR Vacuum Technology
Metal Work SpA is expanding its global footprint with the acquisition of 90% of AR Vacuum Technology, the Spanish company based in Sant Joan Despí, near Barcelona. This company, active in the vacuum technology market for many years, has now become a key part of Metal Work's growth strategy.
The strategic move strengthens Metal Work’s commitment to expanding its technological capabilities in the vacuum field, with AR Vacuum Technology bringing decades of expertise to the table. This acquisition is just one part of Metal Work’s broader international expansion plan. The company is also in advanced talks to acquire a commercial Mexican company by the end of the year. The company’s net financial position has improved by over €10 million.
