We are looking for the following professional profile:
Key Account Manager
What we expect from you:
- Being responsible for the sale of automation solutions to existing and potential new customers in Finland
- Managing and nurturing key accounts, developing business plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Analyzing the potential of the market by carrying out targeted activities on active and potential customers
- Developing the business by increasing the company’s market share in the assigned district
- Managing the relationship with customers at all levels, both technically and commercially
- Visiting OEM customers and end users across various industries
Knowledge and characteristics required:
- Outgoing, committed, independent, self-motivated and result-oriented
- Business planning and analytical skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills; business language in Finnish and English
- Entrepreneurial mindset combined with strong team-playing skills
- Good technical insight, with experience in pneumatics, hydraulics, or automation (a plus)
- Experience in a position responsible for the sale of technical components and solutions
- Ability to plan your time and create sales opportunities independently
- Technical education: Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic, or Bachelor’s degree in Business/Engineering or equivalent professional experience
